Today we wanted to try and go snowshoeing, but we realized quickly that there really is not enough snow (without driving a few hours). So we left the snowshoes in the truck and headed out on a loop trail in Eagle River, a town just north of Anchorage. Today's weather is gloomy and overcast but we still could enjoy the mountains.
These are "yurts" that you can rent for
nights...right on the river!This is Kelsey's Mom, Linda, elementary school she went to while living in Anchorage!
